RoleplAI is a training and business portal for independent business owners in our community. This page says what it keeps, who sees it, and what it never does. Questions: engfenton@gmail.com.
What RoleplAI keeps
- Your account: name, email, your group and your leaders.
- Your daily habits, weekly check-ins, journal and lesson progress.
- The people you add to My People: names, phone numbers, emails, notes, where they are in your pipeline, and your next step with each.
- Your own mobile number, if you add it to your profile.
- If you turn them on: notifications, your calendar link, and your Google Calendar connection.
Who sees it
- You see everything you put in.
- Your leaders and coach see your habits, check-ins and progress, and the names and stages of the people in My People so they can plan with you. Never their phone numbers, emails or your notes about them.
- Your coach and leaders can see your own mobile number, if you add it, to text or call you.
- RoleplAI runs on Supabase (database and sign-in) and Vercel (hosting). Notifications go through your phone's notification service. They handle data only to run the portal.
Google Calendar
If you connect Google Calendar, RoleplAI asks Google for permission to see your list of calendars and to create, change and delete events on calendars you own. It uses this only to put the meetings you book in My People into the calendar you choose, and to keep them up to date when they move or are cleared. It doesn't read your other events. Your Google sign-in is stored encrypted. You can disconnect any time on the My calendar page, or at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
RoleplAI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
What RoleplAI never does
- Sell your information or the information of the people you add.
- Use it for advertising, or send messages to your contacts. Texts and calls go through your own phone.
- Share your Google data with anyone, or use it for anything but your calendar.
Keeping and deleting
Nightly backups are kept for 30 days. Removing a contact takes them off your lists. To close your account and delete your information, email engfenton@gmail.com. It's deleted from the portal, and from backups within 30 days.
